THE INITIATIVE

Accelerate UK Rental Housing Supply

Deals are everywhere but good people to work with are much harder to find. The initiative is to help 'Accelerate UK Property Rental Supply'. We need more efficient delivery of knowledge, skills and funds, with a 'people-first' approach to make significant progress.

There is a pressing need to increase the supply of adequate rental accommodation across the UK property market. The very real crisis is exacerbated by an increasingly conflicting environment. More people need to rent than ever before, while the younger generation face higher barriers to purchasing, and our aging population is needing to rent for longer.

UK property sector is albeit still one of the most stable markets to invest in, the sector is hugely segmented causing vast inefficiency where in too many cases, deals and relationships end in disappointment if not disaster.

I see a good fit starts with and ends with good 'people due-diligence'.
